Located in the heart of the regional park, 32 km from Grenoble, Villard de Lans, capital of the Vercors mountain range area, is a warm and friendly village resort, with a strong proportion of locals, which helps preserve its authentic character. You can enjoy a delightful stroll about the markets rich with local products, buy souvenirs in the arts and craft shops, and enjoy regional specialities in the lively restaurants! You can also practice a variety of sports and activities: tennis, badmington, excursions by foot or by mule, mountain biking, discovering the natural reserve, horseriding, bowls, canyoning, climbing, speleology, paragliding, fishing, miniature golf, mini-motor bikes, hot air ballooning, skating rink, swimming pools, archery… Various courses are organized by outdoor activity professionals. The recreational center with its waterpark (swimming pool with wild wave, indoor and outdoor pools, toboggan, games center…) will ensure your days are most refreshing.


Villard de Lans
 
Villard de Lans is the biggest ski resort on the Vercors plateau. This postcard-perfect village has conserved its architectural heritage developed at the beginning of the 20th century, thanks to the bourgeois tourists who come for spa treatments. The ski runs begin at Côte 2000, which can be accessed by a shuttle bus from Villard. The skiable area connected with Corrençon is accessible to skiers of all levels.
